Give some (well deserved) life strengthening time to yourself Because of the growing number of professional health care providers interested in reducing high stress levels with a desire to re-connect and strengthen mind, body and spirit, I am offering an eight week didactic, experiential & support, Stress Reduction Course. Many participants have found the methods practiced, as well as the group experience, beneficial in addressing compassion fatigue and secondary traumatic stress symptoms. Group Sessions
Many health care providers, including, psychologists, physicians, dentists, social workers, nurses, medical researchers, program directors, human resource personnel, occupational therapists, chiropractors, office managers, massage therapists, and others have utilized this group course as their own individual stress-reducing resource. All participants to this date have either developed or enhanced their skills in promoting and maintaining their own health and well-being, as they continue working with the increasing demands within the health care system.
